How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • Baltics & Nordics: 1–5 business days
  • Rest of the countries: 3–9 business days

Please keep in mind our delivery estimates do not include processing time. Once you place your order and receive your confirmation email, the order will ship in 1–2 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over 100€.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and must be paid by the customer.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Estonia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking code. You can also track the order on your account under ''Orders''.

It may take up to 24 hours fo the tracking number to update.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us immediately at info@naya-jewels.com if you want to change or cancel the order. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to make changes to the order.

I have received a wrong product or a defective product, what should I do?

We are so sorry! Please email us at info@naya-jewels and describe the issue. Make sure to add photos or videos as well.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt, though it may be faster depending on your payment provider.

If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may offer to return the item to you at your expense or apply a partial refund to reflect any loss in value.

What is 925 sterling silver?

What is gold-plated sterling silver?

Gold-plated 925 sterling silver is a type of jewelry that has a base made of 925 sterling silver which is then plated with a thin layer of gold on the surface. Naya offers 14K and 18K gold-plated sterling silver jewelry.
