Ring Sizes
Measure the circumference of your finger using a string or strip of paper. Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark the point where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters with a ruler. Compare with the table below.

Bracelet Sizes
Measure your wrist circumference with a string, just above the wrist bone. Note the measurement in centimeters and add 1-2 cm for a comfortable fit, then refer to the table below.
